Canvasser for Roofing/Solar Company
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who seek to build opportunities for homeowners who notice any property damage on their homes. As a canvasser, you will be responsible for connecting with homeowners and developing warm leads for Project Managers who will assist in providing services that include roof restoration, windows, siding, gutters, and energy solutions such as solar.
A Week In The Life:
- Be you.
- Wake up and go to work at 2pm.
- Get an area you're going to knock from your manager at the meetup spot.
- Go to that area and start knocking doors while logging the data on your phone app.
- Enter data on your phone app that saves the type of building materials on the property.
- Talk to property owners and get leads.
- Send those leads to your manager.
- It's 8pm. You call your manager and tell them it was a good day and you got multiple leads.
- You just made hundreds of dollars for 4 hours of work.
- Sleep well and know you've made it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote NGC services
- Capture data into our CRM as you canvass
- Engage with potential clients and provide information about NGC services
- Attend to daily blitzes on time assigned by the Canvassing Manager
- Attendance and participation for a minimum of 4 days a week
- Distribute marketing materials to homeowners and future clients
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to secure leads
- Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and canvassing activity
- Collaborate with team members to meet canvassing goals
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on campaign strategies and organization initiatives
- Canvass a minimum of 100 doors per day
- Average three leads per day
Location & Time Commitment:
- This position requires working afternoons and evenings between the hours of 3pm and 8pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday mornings from 9am to 2:30pm.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage with homeowners in a professional and friendly manner
- Reliable transportation to travel between canvassing locations
- Previous experience in canvassing or sales is a plus
Canvassing and lead generation is an easy job that you have to work hard at.
